Bob’s commitment extends beyond the professional sphere. He actively participates in board level positions with various community organizations, including the American Heart Association, Friends of Garfield Park, and LMB Men’s Club.

Bob and his wife Ann, reside in Indianapolis. They are proud parents of two sons, Reece and Heath, who are both students at Indiana University. He enjoys golf, pickleball, Hoosier tailgating and his dogs.
